Returns 

At Amabeautyehair, we put our customers first and want each of you to have the greatest experience possible when using our services. Human hair extensions and wigs are considered a hygienic product hence we do not accept returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Prior to shipping, we give every item a comprehensive inspection and functionality test to guarantee the highest standards of quality are reached. Order Cancellations Policy

All orders purchased on our website can be cancelled Immediately and up to 24 hours only, after the date and time of purchase. After this period, no return or cancellation will be granted. If order has already been dispatched within the 24 hours time frame, your order cannot be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us via email at amabeautyehair@gmail.com with your order number. The subject of the email should be "CANCEL ORDER" and your "ORDER NUMBER". (Example - "CANCEL ORDER 1234XXX")

Exchanges

We may offer an exchange for a different item and it should be made within 72 hours of recorded receipt. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  Exchanges are allowed provided that the following terms and conditions have not been breached:

  • To be eligible for a exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns/exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension in place has been removed will be refused.
  • Only products of equal value are available for exchange.

 To start an exchange you can contact us at amabeautyehair@gmail.com. If it is accepted, a return address will be emailed to you with further instructions on how to send the package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question.

An exchange will not be processed if the customer: 

  • No longer wants an item
  • Damaged or tampered with an Item themselves or by a third party.
  • Altered the item by cutting the lace or worn the wig and/or extensions

Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return/exchange, therefore we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked signed for courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items. A receipt for this must be provided within 24hrs of posting.

Customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue to know whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. This should be done no later than 48 hours of receiving your item. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned/exchanged or refunded, such as digital goods, customise orders, special orders, personalised items, personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchange on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund and it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at amabeautyehair@gmail.com. Due to the nature of our products and shopify's terms, a transaction fee may be deducted on sales.
